February 17, 2003

this is a lot of snow for MD. alot. we're not gonna have school for a week. it's craziness. maybe sarah will play in the snow with me after work!

February 16, 2003

damn, there is a lot of snow here. yikes man, yikes. we're never going to school again. i'm amazed, shocked, it's craziness. they've finally started to plow. they really need to keep plowing because it hasn't stopped snowing. yay for no school!

February 14, 2003

no coffins today, just paperwork. and i might get to dress a doctor...he's an embalmer...but i can't remember his name. the receptionist keeps his face covered because he keeps staring at her. the exhibit designer is good, the soldiers are really too lifelike. also, i hope everyone is having a good day. Happy Valentine's day to everyone!

February 12, 2003

i saw a severed teddybear arm in the gutter today. what is wrong with this world anyway. also, i accidentally posted this post in my internship journal...errr. but i fixed it. it was very creepy today with the coffins, and the ambulance cots, and the bloodied nurses dress. but i applied for a job. so yay for today. and there are some others i need to fax my resume to. ooh...a job...one almost salivates at the thought.
errr, had to measure coffins today...errr
also, congrats to jj and mother on the new house!!!
the weather doesn't look at all inclement, but school doesn't open till 10. but i think i should go to the museum on time, or atleast try to. sheesh...silly internship.

February 10, 2003

i did go to the library and i sort of got bullied in to thinking, so that's good. the lady is seriously gung ho and was like "20 pages, one week, we can do it" and then proceeded to run around the library throwing books at me, while at the same time saying that they were not very good. i don't really care if they're good. She went to hood too, and she had Dr. L as her advisor, in 1982. yikes man. I saw the education director at the library and told her i was very contagious, stand back. we'll see. all of my good sharpie pens are gone. i'm missing so many things from the summer, it's ridiculous. I am talking to Dick, he is the cutest. well, back to work...
preparing to go to library. unfortunately i can't think. uh oh.

February 09, 2003

should be working. can't think of anything to write. must have something to show professor on tuesday. err.
no vomitting as of yet, nausea persistent, mmm crackers...

February 08, 2003

sarah says that no, i am not sick, i'm just stupid. could i be that lucky?
feeling ill...but that's probably because i had pizza and m&m's for lunch...right??? let's hope so.

February 07, 2003

i came home to a lovely rose...someone loves me!
SNOW DAY. i'm skipping my internship today. for my safety, you know. Amy Mas is coming over, let's hope she's germ free. i got my mommy the cutest piggy valentines day card. i heart my mommy. i was thinking of this totally blogworthy thing last night, but now i can't think of anything. i took 2 naps yesterday and slept for quite a while. yikes man. that's alot of sleep, but according to annie's mom it will protect me from the evil Norwalk Virus. EW! let's hope so. we wanted to go sledding today, but no one can think of a hill to sled down. we shall see.

February 06, 2003

Hoping for snow tomorrow so i can sleep all day. the stomach flu is going around...errr. but i feel fine...errr. sarah wanted it to be blogged that kirsten embarrassed james today in printmaking. this highschool girl in our class was chatting with him, they were flirting, it was ridiculous. so Kirsten made the innocent statement that james is 30 years old. t'was quite amusing. sarah was still laughing at lunch. we ruined his chances. shucks. so printmaking is going to be the fun because we don't have to do anything. except our books. this is very exciting. i am very excited. i can't wait to get started. oh, and i heart war. war is the bomb....kirsten!

February 04, 2003

ewww...i cut my finger on the card reader. ouch. class was the fun. lots of death and stuff but i heart dr. mcknight because he gets so excited. i forgot about the ps meeting tonight. i was actually supposed to talk about something which is sort of bad, but it seems a bit late now. ooopsy. i cleaned off my bookshelf today. is that not exciting. i have to go wash my cut again. can't wait for new card system.
lots of possible ps's at the meeting. very exciting. no calls or anything about jobs yet. tres sad. but alas, i have homework to do.
